This cake is a plain white cake, with a light purple buttercream filling and top layer, and decorated with a white boarded, and filled with little stars on the top with a white, and purple colour mixture. The buttercream is a classic vanilla flavour.

Reflection:

Three different things that went smoothly while making our cake is we prepared all the ingredients before we started, and it made everything come together more smoothly. Also, once the cake was finished baking, we let them cool upside down on the cooling rakes, so they will be more even. Last thing that went well was our stacking the cakes and making them even. Two things that we could've done different is add more milk into the buttercream which will help it to be easier to pipe and decorate your cakes. another thing is also before we put our cakes

into the oven is using a different greasing method, we used oil, but it wasn't the easiest to get out of the pans, so maybe try something different, or more oil. The last reflection is two different things that I learned while making this cake. I learned that making and decorating cakes takes a lot of time, and patience. Second thing is that icing is much harder to spread around with the large spatula, no matter ow soft the icing.
